Elixir | Sabanis Domaine

Elixir is made using hand-picked and night-harvested grapes of the Limniona Variety collected from semi mountainous vineyardsin the area of St. Ioannis, Avlida. Under close temperature control, these measures enable the full expression of the juicy red fruit characters and the minerality of the variety combined with the addition of a light spicy note and a refreshing crisp acidity, whilst ensuring a refined elegance in their presentation.

We designed a label according to the rarity, the uniqueness and the refinement of the wine.
